I've never considered myself a runner, nor do I find it therapeutic. However, I do find it the best form of cardio for me and having completed my first half marat
hon 5 years ago and being in the best shape of my life, we decided to do it all over again...TWICE. We ran the Denver Half in September, and we both found it to be a killer trail course and will NOT be doing it ever ever again. In October we ran the Denver Rock and Roll half marathon, where we both got personal best times. The weather and course were ideal, and we'll definitely be competing in this race in the future!
