NYC Adventure
Zums had a conference in NYC right after the wedding. Though we were delayed a day by storm Juno, we made the most of our 4 days there. We got to spend a fab evening with our dear friend Kevin, see both Mama Mia and Kinky Boots, enjoy some amazing dinners, and walk and explore the city. Though it was freezing and January isn't the most ideal time of year to go, we're already looking forward to going back next year!
The Badura Wedding: Ceremony and Reception
Finlay got a pep talk from his cousin Spencer on how to be a good ring bearer, "Carry the pillow like this, stand up there, and don't move." Much to our surprise, he did exactly that! They were both so well behaved during the beautiful ceremony...proud parent moment! We all had so much fun at the reception catching up with friends and tearing up the dance floor. Such a special night!
The Badura Wedding: Rehearsal
2015 got off to a great start with Chelsey and Zach getting married on January 24. The kids were elated to e the ring bearer and flower girl. Finlay was a little wild and restless during the rehearsal. Following the rehearsal in Lamar, we headed to Holly for the rehearsal dinner. It was great to see and catch up with everyone!

Welcome 2015
The best thing about celebrating New Years Eve with neighbors, is that we only have to walk across the street to get there and get home. It was the first time in 5 years that we actually made it to midnight to welcome the new year. 
Christmas Day
We celebrated Christmas morning as our family of 4 opening gifts and calling family in Scotland. For Christmas dinner and more gift giving, we were joined by Grandma Boody and Papa and Uncle Bubba and Aunty Leah. The kids are excited to have a new little cousin join us for the holidays next year!
