2 months old
Our little baby is already 2 months old! We've smoothly transitioned her to her crib this past week, where she's been sleeping like a champ. We're anxious to take her in for her 2 month appoinment next week to see how much she's grown. Of course the pics would be better quality if Best Buy would hurry up and get our camera fixed and back to us!

3 month clothes
Yoga time
Worn out after yoga
Dressed and ready to get her downward dog on
Saturday morning Isla and I got our zen on at Mommy & Me Yoga at Belly Bliss. She wasn't too sure about some of the moves and positions, but it was good to interact with the other moms and see their babies at different ages and stages. We met up with Zums afterwards for a latte at Starbucks and enjoyed a walk around Cherry Creek.

7 Weeks Old
Little Isla is growing like a little weed and is already 7 weeks old. She's becoming more smiley each day. She's been such a trooper as I'm heading out more and more with her. She's becoming a better sleeper each night, which we're very appreciative of! She's also been taking a bottle from her Daddy each night which is a great thing!
Beautiful day in the mountains
We couldn't let Mary and Al's trip to Colorado go by without a venture to the mountains. And, lucky for us and them, we had the most clear and beautiful day last Thursday and headed to Idaho Springs. We drove up the Mt. Evans road to about 12,000 feet. I then became worried about Isla's ears, so we headed back down the mountain and took in the beautiful scenery. We had a filling lunch at Beau Jo's, walked around the quaint town then headed home. We've vowed to make more trips to the mountains this summer since they're right on our doorstep!

6 weeks and growing
Isla turned weeks old on Monday. She really started smiling last week which just brings so much joy to us. She is sleeping for a whole 5 1/2 hour stretch at night, which feels like Heaven to us right now. She is more alert during the day, and she's been such a trooper lately as we've been taking her out and about all the time with company in town. Her first roadtrip to Holly went really well with just one stop each way to feed her. We couldn't have asked for a better baby!
Showered with love
We were in Holly this past weekend, as there was a big baby shower for Isla Sophia on Saturday afternoon and she received gifts galore. She got so many frilly and fun outfits that we can't wait for her to fit into. The hightlight gift, though, had to be the 'Heelarious' high heels from my mom. Cutest things ever!
