Rock 'n' Roll Half Marathon

For the second year in a row we ran the Rock 'n' Roll half marathon. The weather could not have been more perfect. We celebrated post race with our neighbors.

Glow at the Gardens

We went to the first night of Glow at the Gardens at the Botanic Gardens. It was a very warm night, and the kids had so much fun dressing up and walking the lumanari path.

Pumpkin Patch

In full fall festive mode, we headed to the pumpkin patch at Rock Creek Farms. The kids searched and searched before finding the perfect 3 pumpkins.

Day with our besties

We spent a long overdue day with our little besties, We had lunch at dessert at Union Station followed by scooters and playground time at Cheesman Park.

Award Season

Isla earned an award for Leadership at all school assembly. We are so very proud of her for so many reasons!

Susan turns 40

'Tis the season for 40th birthday celebrations. 4 of us flew to Omaha to surprise Susan with an early birthday weekend. We had the best time acting like we were college girls again!

Fall Colors

Though it's been unseasonably warm, fall arrived and we headed to the mountains to see the beautiful aspens. We took the Georgetown Railroad and drove over the very scenic Guenella Pass.
